Pay it forward by supporting us with a donation.
(registered charity No: 1167155) Since Claridge House was first set up as a retreat centre for rest and renewal back in 1954, it has embraced all who seek a haven here from stresses, anxieties and exhaustion. This work is more vital than ever in these extended Covid times and the need is great.
Claridge House does not benefit from any endowments or investments and it runs on course fees and the kindness of those who support us.
Many of our guests and visitors comment on the extraordinary atmosphere of peace and rest there is in Claridge House. Even when the house is bustling with activity, this feeling seems to be in the air and it gets to everyone. Some say that the many years of meditiative quiet and prayerful focus here have actually soaked into the walls. Some say that the House itself has a soul. It is the great treasure of this beautiful place.
`Paying it forward` into our bursary fund allows someone else fund a much needed time here with up to 30% off their stay.
If you have enjoyed your stay at Claridge House please spread the word!
