Dancing in a circle is traditional in many countries to mark special occassions, and to strengthen communities.  Modern circle dance draws on the rich and diverse traditional dances of many countries.

There is also a growing repertoire of new dances to classical music and contemporary songs.

Come and share the joy of dancing - some energetic, some reflective - to lovely world music.  Circle dancing offers a holistic approach to health and well-being, addressing physical, mental, emotional, and social aspects of wellness.

It`s a rewarding activity that people of all ages and abilities can enjoy together and above all, circle dancing is fun! It`s an enjoyable activity that allows people to express themselves creatively through movement and music.

The sense of camaraderie and shared experience adds to the enjoyment of the activity... why not give it a go?

This full board weekend will include our traditional tea and cake every day at 4pm and delightful homely vegetarian meals, a buffet breakfast to start your day along with coffee and biscuits to help the energy for the day.
