`Discovering and cultivating a connection with Nature changed everything for me. The journey I have been on with Nature to reconnect with myself has allowed me to uncover a much fuller and truer sense of self. Nature has held a compassionate, non-judgemental space where I can be myself freely with no expectations or conditions and explore who I am and who I want to be.
As a Life Coach, I had no idea I would end up walking with clients or that my entire business would be based on being outside walking alongside others for wellbeing and personal growth.
I intuitively follow nudges and my heart and returned to my body through discovering the embodied practices of mindful walking, forest bathing and intuitive walk-and-talk therapeutic coaching.
I believe deeply in the practice and wisdom of embodiment and have found connection to Nature to be a simple yet powerful way to reconnect with the self, the body and with a magical bigger picture.`

Join Nature Connection Guide, Tansy Dowman and gather around the fire for an evening of celebration and reverence in honour of the Spring Equinox and the awakening energy of spring around us and within ourselves.
Our firepit has found a new, cosy spot in our beautiful garden, where Tansy is honoured to hold space for you to connect with the elements and a community of like-hearted souls. This enchanting evening will feature simple nature connection exercises in the garden, a guided elemental meditation, gentle intention setting, and a fire ritual to release what no longer serves you while calling in your highest purpose. Poetry and music will add to the ambience, and refreshments and sweet treats will be served too.
The Spring Equinox invites us to acknowledge and embrace the light within and around us. It`s a time for reflection on the beauty of Mother Earth, recognising the abundance she provides and the natural treasures she has manifested over millions of years.
We, too, are part of Nature`s grand tapestry, having been birthed onto this planet through an incredible journey of evolution. Much like Mother Nature plans her rebirth in the spring, we can sow seeds of intention, allowing ourselves to be reborn in various ways. The Spring Equinox provides an opportunity to tune into our own Spring Awakening, listening to what desires to flourish in our lives. Join us for this transformative experience as we align with the rhythms of the season and the evolution within.

🌿 Nature Connection for Neurodiversity: A Day of Self-Care Exploration 🌿
Are you navigating the path of ADHD or ASD, or identifying as a highly sensitive person or empath? Join me for a unique one-day course where we`ll explore the ways Nature Connection can be a powerful tool in your self-care kit. As an Outdoor Life Coach and Nature Connection Guide with over 5 years of experience, I`ve personally witnessed the transformative impact of nature on neurodiversity.
In 2021, at the age of 42, I was diagnosed with ADHD, and my journey of self-discovery led me to understand the incredible supportive connections between nature and neurodiversity. Nature Connection still remains one of my primary self-care practices and now, I`m excited to share this empowering tool with you.
What to Expect: This relaxed yet stimulating day will help you understand how Nature Connection directly supports your health. Through hands-on exercises, we`ll tackle challenges such as sensory overload, emotional dysregulation, focus, attention, hyperactivity, and Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). Simple and practical tools will be provided to address each of these areas.
Venue and Atmosphere: Join us at Claridge House, where we`ll flow between a welcoming lounge room and the serene garden. The day promises a supportive and inclusive environment, allowing you to connect with a circle of like-minded individuals on similar journeys. Refreshment breaks and lunch will provide lots of opportunities for conversation and relaxation. A quiet room is also available for those needing a moment of respite.
Who Should Attend: This gathering is open to all women, non-binary individuals, and trans women who wish to come together in a spirit of unity and empowerment.

Just a little note of thanks for a wonderful time this past week on a personal retreat. Your kindness helped me to ease back into `real life` after the past two years of isolation. I hope to see you all again soon. JC Mar 2022
