A talk about Menopause and how yoga can benefit this stage, what to expect from the day in a sharing Women’s Circle. 

 Breathing exercise, prep for practice.

 Yoga Mat practice  

MENOBELLY - A more active practice to help off set stagnant energy around the abdomen. Bloating, Digestive issues, Weight gain, gut brain relationship etc...

 

1:00 delicious, nutritious 2-course vegetarian Lunch included.

 

2:00 INTROSPECTION - A deeper, slower paced practice for fatigue, insomnia etc. This will include breathing and ‘autosuggestion’ journey

Conclude with a Red String Ceremony
