Rosie Waters, is a Senior Vajrasati Teacher, Yoga Alliance 500 hour accredite. Rosie has been running classes and meditations groups in Sussex and yoga holidays abroad for 14 years

Quiet Time 4.45pm
Supper at 6.30pm
First session 7.45pm
Breakfasts and Lunches are served in the Dining Room
Retreat ends with lunch on Sunday. Departure 2pm.
