Using Mindfulness meditative techniques, this totally silent retreat offers us an opportunity to be still in the late spring/early summer growth to enhance our experience of newness and wonder.
Anne Simmpson, an experienced Course Facilitator and Quaker Healer, will be running this silent retreat
Rooms available to check in from 15:00
Afternoon cake and tea served at 16:00
Quiet time at 16:45
First course session starts 19:45
Course ends with Sunday Lunch, depart at 2.00pm
