Each day will start with early morning Yoga mobilisations, which will include restorative Yoga and breathing practices to boost your energy levels for the day ahead.
During the week Yoga Nidra, a form of deep relaxation, will be practised. Mindful meditation will be taught and, weather permitting, walking meditation will take place in the wonderful garden.
Combining these practices is bound to have a beneficial effect on your health and well-being before returning you relaxed and refreshed to the outside world.

Spiritual Healing will be available as an optional extra, and Massage Therapy may be available at an extra cost.

You will be exploring Yoga with a full timetable of posture work, breathing and deep relaxation and meditation.

The programme will start with early morning Yoga mobilisations. It will include restorative Yoga and breathing practices to boost energy levels. Yoga Nidra, a form of deep relaxation, and special night practices will be taken. Concentration and mindful meditation will be taught and, weather permitting, meditation walking in the wonderful garden. These practices can have a powerful effect on your health and well being.

This retreat is led by Lina Newstead, a `British Wheel of Yoga` Diploma Course Tutor who runs private classes, meditation retreat weekends and longer Yoga courses.

Rooms available to check in from 3pm on Monday
Afternoon tea and cake served at 4pm
Quiet time at 4.45pm
Supper at 6.30pm
First session starts at 7.45pm
Retreat ends with Friday breakfast, depart at 10am
