Well-being is a state we all aspire to, so come and get new ideas on how to boost it in your life. The practices will be simple movement, mindfulness meditations, deep relaxation and walking in the garden. Creative sessions will be offered for you to explore what makes you happy and tips on how to stay healthy and develop a positive mind-set.
Lina Newstead, a Senior BWY tutor who teaches the Diploma Course for teaching Yoga, Yoga for Healthy Backs, Gentle Years Yoga and also runs mindfulness courses.

First session 7.45pm

Welcome, kindness and generosity of the Claridge House team… They were wonderful and the meals were EXCEPTIONALLY good! We were incredibly well looked after.
Being surrounded just by quietness and nature was wonderful...it was heaven, mystic and relaxing, a real treat for soul and mind! The simplicity was just calming and enchanting a most amazing breakfast! AWESOME!
