Would your Local or Area Meeting benefit from holding a Friends Fellowship Break here? A number of Quaker Meetings have held Friends Fellowship Breaks at Claridge House; Luton and Leighton Area Meeting holds the record having been coming here for more than four years.
Claridge House with its peaceful, quiet atmosphere is the ideal place for people to get to know each other, to relax and renew themselves.
A Friends Fellowship Break could not be easier to set up. There are no administrative overheads or advance payments required from your Meeting.
You arrange a suitable date with us and we will do the rest.
We will even provide you with Posters and Flyers to publicise your event!
Your midweek break would start at 4 pm Monday with tea and home-made cake, and end on Friday after breakfast. Alternatively a weekend break would start on Friday at 4pm with tea and home-made cake and end with Sunday Lunch. A later start could be accommodated by prior arrangement.
If you wish we could even provide a facilitator to sooth or stimulate as required.
Your break would be full board with vegetarian meals based on organic produce.
| For the body: | Breakfast, Morning Coffee and Biscuits, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Cake followed by Supper |
