GENTLE YOGA TO BOOST HEALTH AND STAMINA
During the weekend Tim will be encouraging alignment, balance and concentration through gentle yoga postures, meditation and mantra (sound) and also a little philosophy. THE WAY OF LIFE - Meditation, Healing and the Tao Te Ching
